House Rules

- We have a strict no-party/events policy. If you throw a party, trash the home, damage the home, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with unregistered guests, you are breaking the house rules and will be fined $500. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am - Follow all check-out rules - You will be charged a $350 fee for any smoking, marijuana or drugs used inside the property - Dogs are welcome! We do charge a pet fee, and we do not allow dogs to be on any of the furniture or beds. This helps us keep the furniture and beds clean and protected from any potential damage.

A group of us were visiting Pinehurst for golf and Jonathan’s home fit exactly what we needed. It was centrally located to all the course we played and a short drive to areas like Southern Pines. The golf simulator and poker table were great for one of the days we were there and the weather wasn’t great.

We truly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this home. There was plenty of outdoor space for our dog and 3 children, space inside for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable and the golf simulator was a great hit. The kitchen had just about everything you could need and was stocked with enough paper towels and dishwasher tablets to get us through the first few days. The instructions to get into the house and use the simulator were very clear and we had no trouble. They were VERY responsive if we needed something, which honestly wasn't a lot - just little things. This house is exactly as advertised and a great place to stay for our 2 weeks while in town. There were walking trails from the house that we also were able to explore.

Our stay was nothing short of outstanding! The house was perfect for what we needed - very clean, spacious, and cozy and we really enjoyed the bonus golf simulator. The house was also decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable (love the mattress in the Master bedroom so much we are going to buy the same one!). Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Communication was wonderful and location was perfect for our weekend of golf at Longleaf!! We would 100% recommend this house and will stay here in the future.
