If you throw a party, trash the home, damage the home, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with unregistered guests, you are breaking the house rules and will be fined $500. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am - Follow all check-out rules - You will be charged a $350 fee for any smoking, marijuana or drugs used inside the property - Dogs are welcome! We do charge a pet fee, and we do not allow dogs to be on any of the furniture or beds. This helps us keep the furniture and beds clean and protected from any potential damage. - We require a signed rental agreement and a $500 refundable deposit, which will be returned immediately after your stay, provided there are no damages.

Exceptional Stay in a Beautiful Home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Jon’s Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were both cozy and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in every room showed how much thought had been put into making the space welcoming. I especially appreciated the balcony view it made my mornings and evenings perfect! The location was ideal! It’s conveniently close to everything which made exploring the area incredibly easy

Jon was a terrific host, easy to work with and very accommodating. The home is central to Pinehurst with easy drives to ALL local golf courses. We also were able to hook into the Pickleball community in Pinehurst and had some great games there as well. We enjoyed our experience in Pinehurst.
